The user said while they don’t agree with Sanders politically, they are impressed that he walks to work every day.
A photo shared to the /r/pics subreddit by user trytoholdon on Tuesday shows Sanders crossing a road, walking to work.
“I live near Bernie Sanders. Although I don’t agree with him politically, for some reason I’m always impressed to see that unlike most members of Congress, who have drivers take them everywhere, he walks to work every day,” the user wrote.
One imgur user noted that he wasn’t crossing in the crosswalk, using the hashtag #thuglife to describe Sanders’ road-crossing.
The photo made it to the top of reddit, attracting almost 7000 upvotes at the time of publication.
