Two new Bernie Sanders television ads will go to air in Nevada this week ahead of Saturday’s caucuses in the Silver State.
Nevada First highlights Sanders’ plan to create good paying jobs in Nevada, tackle climate change and keep immigrant families together.
“As president, he’ll create good paying jobs building the infrastructure and affordable housing we need keep immigrant families together and end the greed and corruption destroying our planet,” the narrator says in the ad.
The other ad, Belongs to Us, looks at Sanders’ commitment to tackle corruption and stand up for working people. “When we stand together, we will make billionaires pay their fair share, provide better wages for workers and equal pay for women.” Sanders says in the ad.
“We will expand Social Security and guarantee healthcare for all.”
The ads are the last of six to go to air in Nevada, produced entirely in-house by Sanders’ campaign staff.
A poll of Nevada voters released Friday shows Sanders with a seven point lead in the Silver State. FiveThirtyEight’s Democratic primary forecast gives Sanders a 62 percent chance of winning the most votes in the state.
