Sanders announces Phoenix campaign rally

Bernie Sanders is scheduled to make his first trip to Arizonia of the 2020 campaign, holding a campaign rally in Phoenix on Thursday.

The event will be held at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum, kicking off at 6:30pm Thursday. Doors will open at 4:30pm.

Sanders’ campaign said on Monday that it had held over 400 organizing events in the state.

While there have been no recent polls conducted in the state, FiveThirtyEight’s Democraric primary forecast gives the Vermont Senator a 68 percent chance of winning the most votes in the Grand Canyon State..

Arizona is one of four states to vote on Tuesday 17 March.
