Sanders holds 14 point lead in Super Tuesday states

In a Morning Consult poll released Friday, Bernie Sanders leads the Democratic field by 14 points in Super Tuesday states.

Among likely Democratic primary voters in the fourteen states that vote on Super Tuesday, Bernie Sanders came in first with 34 percent support. Centrist billionaire Michael Bloomberg came in a distant second with 20 percent, followed by former vice president Joe Biden with 17 percent support.

Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren came in fourth place with 11 percent, while all other candidates, including Pete Buttigieg and Amy Klobuchar, polled in the single digits.

Overall nationally, Sanders remains in first place with 32 percent support, giving the Vermont Senator a 13 point lead over Joe Biden. Sanders is now leading among black voters nationally, besting Biden 30 percent to 30 percent.

The survey of more than 4,000 voters in Super Tuesday sates was conducted between February 23 and 27.
