In an interview on MSNBC’s Morning Joe on Wednesday morning, Senator Bernie Sanders said he did not think Hillary Clinton could take on Wall Street.
“Do I think Hillary Clinton or many other senators have shown the courage that is necessary to stand up the Wall Street power? The answer is no,” Sanders told MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski.
“We need a president who now has the courage to stand up to the billionaire class and Wall Street,” he said.
When co-host Joe Scarborough asked Sanders whether Clinton has the courage to stand up to Billionaires, Sanders responded, “Well I’m running for president because I think not.”
