On Tuesday, billionaire Warren Buffett told CNBC that Sanders is running a model campaign, and he admired the independent from Vermont.
In the interview, Buffett said he admired Sanders for running a non-critical campaign, and instead campaigning based on issues.
Buffett said he thinks Sanders has “run a model campaign.”
“He’s not going to get elected, but I admire him,” Buffett added.
Buffett also criticized the Supreme Court’s verdict in the Citizens United case.
Despite Buffett’s comments on CNBC, he made a contribution to the Ready for Hillary PAC and has already pledged his support to Sanders’ Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.
